Blaine is a solicitor in the firm’s commercial property department. While his primary focus is on commercial property matters, Blaine also has experience in residential conveyancing and private client work, giving him a broad foundation in property and legal services.

Originally from St Andrews, Blaine trained in his hometown before relocating to Glasgow, where he continues to develop his expertise in property law. Known for his personable and approachable manner, he takes pride in making clients feel at ease and guiding them through legal processes with clarity and professionalism.

Blaine assists a broad range of clients, including individuals, family businesses, lenders, and larger commercial enterprises.

Outside of work, Blaine enjoys travelling abroad, exploring new cuisines at fine dining restaurants, and staying active through football, tennis, and padel.
