The type of circumstances that we help resolve are varied – but include: unpaid debts; contractual and general property disputes; intellectual property disputes; landlord and tenant disputes; and director, shareholder and partnership disputes.
Our experience of helping clients deal with problem situations also make DHM Law key advisors to businesses and individuals in terms of heading off or protecting our clients against disputes before they happen – for instance, with a carefully drafted agreement, or by lodging Caveats with relevant Courts.
